SCOPE AND ACCEPTANCE

● These Terms apply to all reservations, stays, use of facilities, amenities, Day Passes, and the "4-Hour Dome" product. By booking online, via WhatsApp, phone, OTA, or upon entering the property, you agree to these terms and conditions and the additional policies posted on-site and at reception.


CATEGORIES, OCCUPANCY AND RATES

A) Glamping (cottages)

● Domes 1 (Noj), 7 (Balam), 8 (Ixchel), and 9 (Ha'): up to 3 people. A third person is included at no extra cost; they have a sofa bed.

● Domes 2 (K'iin), 3 (Tz'ikin), 4 (Chak), 5 (Itzá), 6 (Ka'an): maximum capacity 2 people; no extra person allowed.

● Published rates: room only $1,790 MXN; all-inclusive $2,490 MXN. Prices in MXN, subject to availability and change without notice.

B) Suites 10 y 11

● Up to 4 people (double room sofa bed, half kitchenette, TV).

● Additional person charged $350 MXN when exceeding the base occupancy of the reservation.

● Rates and availability depend on dates; confirmed at the time of booking.

 

OPERATIONAL HOURS

●      Check-in 15:00; check-out 12:00

● Bar with food service 10:00–17:00

●      Day Pass: 10:00–22:00

● Dome for 4 hours: 10:00–14:00, 15:00–19:00, 20:00–00:00


AMENITIES, PRICES AND CONDITIONS

● Pool and sundeck: free for guests and Day Passes

● Bicycles: $30 MXN per hour

● Kayak: $200 MXN per hour (reserve 30 minutes in advance)

● Telescope: $100 MXN per hour (1 unit per guest; additional charges apply)

● Giant games: require leaving official identification

● Bonfire: $500 MXN per session (indefinite); includes firewood, snacks, and chocolates; storytelling available; please reserve 2 hours in advance.

● For certain amenities, government-issued identification and a signature may be requested. Staff safety instructions must be followed.


ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS

a)    Day Pass

● Access to facilities: $60 MXN per person

● Cooler entry per family: small $500 MXN; large $1,000 MXN

● Amenities at extra cost and subject to signature: bicycles, kayak, telescope, campfire, and giant games

● ID is required for amenities. Subject to capacity and availability.

b) Dome for 4 hours

● Price: $600 MXN per dome, up to 2 people

● Includes 2 bottles of water and towels; access to the pool, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, parking, security, and dock.

● Conditions: Subject to availability; ID upon arrival; no smoking; price per dome; no overnight rate



RESERVATIONS, PAYMENTS AND BILLING

● Reservations via the web, WhatsApp, phone, or OTAs are confirmed with acknowledgment from the hotel or the platform.

● Rates are subject to season, occupancy, and promotions in effect at the time of confirmation.

● Accepted payment methods: those indicated by the platform or by reception when confirming the reservation.

● Billing: Provide RFC (Tax Identification Number) and complete details for the month of purchase; CFDI (Financial Digest) in accordance with applicable tax regulations.


MODIFICATIONS, CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS

● If you booked through an OTA, the platform's policies also apply.

● Cancellation and modification policies are provided at the time of booking, depending on the rate/season.

● No-show: If you do not show up on the arrival date without canceling according to the policy, a fee may apply depending on the booked rate.

● The hotel may cancel due to force majeure, security reasons, or unforeseen circumstances; in this case, it will offer rescheduling or a proportional refund, depending on the case.


RULES OF USE AND CONDUCT

● No smoking inside domes, suites, or enclosed areas.

● Respect capacity, schedules and safety signs.

● Minors must always be accompanied by a responsible adult; guardian authorization may be required for activities and amenities.

● Damage, loss, or misuse of furniture/amenities will be charged at replacement value and/or an extraordinary cleaning fee.

● The Hotel reserves the right to refuse admission and stay for risky behavior or behavior that disrupts coexistence.


SECURITY, RESPONSIVENESS AND ACTIVITIES

● Some activities (kayaking, campfire, giant games, telescope, bicycles) require signing a waiver and following staff instructions.

● Using docks and areas near the water involves risks; wear a life jacket when appropriate and avoid dangerous behavior.

● The hotel has CCTV in common areas for security reasons.


PRIVACY POLICY

● The processing of personal data is governed by the Hotel's Privacy Notice (comprehensive and simplified modalities).

● Please consult the current notice and cookie preferences on the Hotel's official website, under the Privacy and Cookies Notice section.

● To limit secondary purposes or exercise ARCO rights, contact correo@horizontemaya.mx or the reception WhatsApp (10:00–17:00).


FORGOTTEN OBJECTS

● The hotel will store forgotten items for 30 calendar days; after this period, they will be safely disposed of. Shipping costs will be borne by the owner who claims them.


FORCE MAJEURE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

● The Hotel will not be liable for events beyond its reasonable control (natural phenomena, utility failures, government restrictions, health emergencies, etc.).

● The Hotel's liability for direct damages related to the provision of the service, where legally applicable, is limited to the amount actually paid for the specific stay or service.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONTENT

● The content, trademarks, text, photographs, and elements of the Hotel's website and promotional materials are owned by the Hotel or third-party licensors. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.


MODIFICATIONS TO THESE TERMS

● The Hotel may update these Terms to reflect operational or legal changes. The current version is posted at the reception desk and on the website. Confirmed reservations maintain the conditions stated at the time of confirmation, subject to force majeure or legal provisions.



APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

● These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Othón P. Blanco, Quintana Roo, waiving any other jurisdiction based on present or future domicile.
